1. The program

Each loyalty program is run by the participating business where you signed up (the "Business") on the technology platform provided by Grupo Prosperi, S.A. (the "Platform"). Joining is free and voluntary, and no purchase is required to sign up.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to join. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Earning stamps and rewards

Stamps or points are earned according to the program rules shown by the Business, which sets minimum purchases, rewards, expiration and redemption conditions. The Business may change those rules or end the program at any time. Where the law requires notice before a change, the Business is responsible for giving it.

4. What stamps and points are

Stamps and points are promotional. They are not money, a gift card, a gift certificate or stored value. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, do not earn interest and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it. They can only be redeemed for the rewards the Business offers.

5. Your card

The digital card is personal. The QR code and member code identify your account; only you should present them when earning or redeeming.

6. Messages

By joining, you agree to receive program messages from the Business through your digital wallet card. You can turn these notifications off at any time in your wallet settings or by removing the card.

7. Misuse

If the program is used fraudulently or abusively, the Business may cancel stamps, points or rewards and close the card.

8. Availability and disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. To the extent the law allows, Grupo Prosperi, S.A. is not responsible for the Business's products, services or rewards, or for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of the Platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

9. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.
